Jazz With a Twist

Cincinnati, Ohio April 1, 2010 — Nate Collinsworth, world renowned jazz trumpeter, has come into his own. After years of recording and arranging music for some of the top artists, Collinsworth is debuting his first solo album, Jazz With a Twist.

His original composition, Renegero is a relaxing masterpiece with a Latin samba beat.

Collinsworth has upped the ante in Scarborough Fare by playing a duet with himself. His arrangement allows him to move from a gothic feel to a fast bebop jazz with ease.

Collinsworth’s arrangement on the childhood favorite Puff the Magic Dragon/Puffin brings it up to date with an unbelievable haunting sound. Adding a flair to make it his own, Nate’s unique approach brings jazz and the classical styles together.
